Refund policy

Every Boxsito box is made for one person, and we buy what goes inside specially for each order. That's why our refund policy is a little different from a regular shop.

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel for free as long as we haven't started preparing your box. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
• Once we start preparing the box, the order can't be cancelled.

Returns

• Anything customised (a name, a handwritten card, your photos or a custom item) can't be returned or exchanged.
• We don't refund orders, except in rare cases that we review one by one.

If something arrives broken or missing

Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll prepare the order again and send it to you with free delivery.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
