Policies

Every Boxsito box is made for one person, and we buy what goes inside specially for each order. That's why our refund policy is a little different from a regular shop.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for free as long as we haven't started preparing your box. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Once we start preparing the box, the order can't be cancelled.

Returns

Anything customised (a name, a handwritten card, your photos or a custom item) can't be returned or exchanged.
We don't refund orders, except in rare cases that we review one by one.

If something arrives broken or missing

Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll prepare the order again and send it to you with free delivery.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Where we deliver

We deliver all over Egypt.

When your box leaves us

We hand orders to the courier twice a week, on Saturday and Tuesday. Around holidays this can move by a day, and we'll let you know.

How long delivery takes

From the day your box leaves us:

Cairo: usually the next day.
Alexandria: the next day, or the day after.
Other governorates and Upper Egypt: usually 2 to 3 days, and it can take up to 7 days.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivering to someone else

Write the recipient's name, full address and a phone number that will answer. The courier calls before arriving.
If the courier can't reach the recipient or the address is wrong, a second delivery may cost an extra fee.

Orders

Boxes are sold with what's inside them; we don't sell empty boxes.
Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message.
Product photos show the real items, but colours and packaging can differ slightly. If an item runs out, we'll contact you to swap it for one of the same value or refund it.

Custom items and photos

Custom items are priced after our team reviews them. We'll message you with the price before preparing anything, and nothing is charged until you agree.
When you upload photos or write a message for the card, you confirm you have the right to use them. We only use them to make your order.
We may refuse content that is offensive or that uses someone else's brand or trademark.
